All rights are strictly reserved.

No part of the content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, published, used for training artificial intelligence systems, or exploited in any form (commercial or non-commercial) without the prior written consent of the Creator.

Any unauthorized use of a design, artwork, concept, stencil, or creation originating from NouiDestiny will be considered copyright infringement.

Any individual or organization using, reproducing, or commercially exploiting any design or creation without written authorization agrees to pay a minimum licensing compensation of NOK 30,000 per design, in addition to any applicable legal damages, enforcement costs, and legal fees.

Participation in NouiDestiny collaborative art events does not transfer ownership rights. Participants may contribute to the artwork and may be credited by name, but the final artwork, concept, stencil, and production rights remain the exclusive property of the Creator.

NouiDestiny reserves the right to pursue legal action for copyright infringement under Norwegian and international copyright law.

2. Registration and Use

To register and use this Website, Users must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

4. Customer Delivery and Return Policy

Customers may return products within 14 days of receipt.

The production and delivery time for products ordered from NouiDestiny.com ranges from 6 to 30 days, depending on the quantity and type of product. NouiDestiny.com tracks shipments and takes reasonable steps to ensure delivery. Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged or incorrectly ordered. After verification and acceptance of the claim, the item must be returned to:

5. Pricing and Size Variations

Prices displayed on NouiDestiny.com, including promotional prices such as T-shirts advertised at 99 NOK, apply only to the standard sizes S, M, L, and XL unless otherwise clearly stated.

Other sizes, including but not limited to XS, XXL, 3XL, and larger sizes, may be subject to additional charges due to higher production and material costs.

The final price for each size is displayed on the individual product page before checkout. Customers are responsible for reviewing the price associated with the selected size before placing an order.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts that product prices may vary depending on the selected size.

6. User Conduct

By using this Website, Users agree not to engage in unlawful, abusive, harassing, or harmful behavior; post or share inappropriate, defamatory, or offensive content; or violate the intellectual property rights of NouiDestiny, the Creator, or any third party.
