1. Ownership, Copyright, and Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to drawings, illustrations, designs, concepts, stencils, graphics, logos, texts, photos, videos, artworks, and digital files, is the exclusive intellectual property of Jonathan Broca / NouiDestiny (“Creator”), unless otherwise stated.

All rights are strictly reserved.

No part of the content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, published, used for training artificial intelligence systems, or exploited in any form (commercial or non-commercial) without the prior written consent of the Creator.

Any unauthorized use of a design, artwork, concept, stencil, or creation originating from NouiDestiny will be considered copyright infringement.

Any individual or organization using, reproducing, or commercially exploiting any design or creation without written authorization agrees to pay a minimum licensing compensation of NOK 30,000 per design, in addition to any applicable legal damages, enforcement costs, and legal fees.

Participation in NouiDestiny collaborative art events does not transfer ownership rights. Participants may contribute to the artwork and may be credited by name, but the final artwork, concept, stencil, and production rights remain the exclusive property of the Creator.

NouiDestiny reserves the right to pursue legal action for copyright infringement under Norwegian and international copyright law.

2. Registration and Use

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

3a. Event Participation, Photos, and Videos

By participating in events organized by NouiDestiny, Users acknowledge and agree that photos, videos, and audio or visual recordings may be taken during such events.

3b. Customer Delivery and Return Policy

Customers may return products within 14 days of receipt.

The production and delivery time for products ordered from NouiDestiny.com ranges from 6 to 30 days, depending on the quantity and type of product. NouiDestiny.com tracks shipments and takes reasonable steps to ensure delivery. Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged or incorrectly ordered. After verification and acceptance of the claim, the item must be returned to:
