Drink & Draw
The Drink & Draw is a collective drawing/painting made in public places of Tromsø such as Hotels, Cafes, Clubs. It is made by the people living in Tromsø, and share a collective memory through time.
The public place gets the final art to hang on its walls.
The Drink & Draw is a little surprise event every week, hosted in a different place each time. Anyone can join to draw, meet other art lovers, and help create a unique collective artwork. The final piece becomes part of the event story and may be presented in future exhibitions. Save your seat for the next surprise, or stay tuned by email notification to discover where and when it happens.
WHAT TO EXPECT ?
Join us for a moment of DRINKING YOUR COFFEE, AND DRAW with someone.
The Drink and Draw can happen in different places in Tromsø, so subscribe to to know where and when it happens.
STENCIL & FUN
I make stencil ( if you don't know what it is, it is a layer that is cut through the paper to form a specific design. This stencil will be at your entire disposition, you are free to draw through it, paint, splash, use beer, encre, fruit, tea bags, anything that helps you express yourself.
FINAL
After several session, the art is full. I add the final touches and present to the next event as finished artwork.
This collective artwork can be enjoyed wherever the surprise event takes place and may be presented in future exhibitions.
